BACHAPAN is EDUCATIONAL & a Cultural event which will be held in 100 Schools & Colleges across UTTAR PRADESH. At this festival are invite SCHOOLS & LOcal NGO eg an orphanage, blind school, old people's home as guests of honor. Date 14 Nov 2010 to 14 Feb 2011
